I was very happy to use this product because I go through a lot of ice. This product is used to make and store ice. Topped up with no problems the first time. When I went to "collect" my ice almost all of the cubes broke and the little cylinders that connected the cubes broke as well leaving a lot of ice shavings/dust. Now bad ice quality can be dealt with, but you can't just "collect" the ice, put the cylinder back into the ice tray and make more ice. You need to pour all the ice into the bucket/bowl, rinse and dry the rubber tray, then put the cylinder back into the rubber tray, fill with water (to check for leaks), after that you can add the ice back into the storage bin. If you don't set the ice aside and rinse it off, the ice buildup won't seal it properly and water will seep into your ice cubes, causing them all to stick together. This product seems so cool but this is the worst thing I have ever bought from Revain.
