When opening and assembling this bench I thought I was missing a piece. I took a picture and emailed the company. Less than a day later their customer service replied was offering to replace and/or send the missing piece. I actually found the missing piece in the box and their customer service continue to follow-up to make sure everything was working properly. The whole experience was wonderful knowing that they were there to help! The actual product is great.lightweight, sturdy, easy to assemble and folds up quickly. If you're thinking about buying it.go ahead and do so!
