I thought it was an SSD to USB adapter but it is the "usb C" end, not the standard USB end which is "usb A". So now I need a USB-C to USB-A adapter to use it. It's probably my fault for not reading it clearly, but I feel like the description could have been clearer. Not many laptops or PCs have a built-in USB port. So at the moment I don't know if it actually works until I get a second adapter.
