Many thanks to the support service. I did not expect such an approach. Bought through aliexpress. Everything arrived, but after two weeks it stopped working. aliexpress's support referred me to the manufacturer and calmed down on this. I had to figure everything out myself, went to the manufacturer (fortunately, people turned out to be sane). They are in Hong Kong, I am in St. Petersburg. Not the best option for solving warranty issues :) But the Manufacturer, without question, agreed to a replacement, said "Well, what do you want . couriers ." Themselves at their own expense sent a new apparatus representative in St. Petersburg, I drove up and changed. It's a pity I didn't know about the representative before buying on aliexpress. It would have been better to come and pick it up. And so the device is good, the wife is happy. Thank you!
