Review on 💽 Sony 10DMW47SS 2X 4.7 GB DVD-RW Discs - Pack of 10 by Jim Shirodkar

These work well with my Toshiba DVD burner and Toshiba DVD/TV combo. This is my second pack of 10 Sony DVDs. I fill up DVDs with recorded shows every day. After looking at the contents, I simply reformat the drive to reuse. With this usage, each disc will last 6 to 9 months before showing an error message stating "Disc cannot be finalized". Although it is not necessary to finalize the disc for playback on the same recorder, it is required for playback on another device such as a DVD/TV combo. To me, this is where most of the record's value is lost, which is why it's "obsolete". Verdict: Excellent value for at least 6 months of daily disk writes.
