Meh, this is my first experience with CAT7 or CAT8 terminators. Works well. I may not be familiar with this yet, but I have years of experience with CAT5e6 data center cabling. It could only be me. To call them "non-instrumental" would probably be an exaggeration. You will need pliers to close the security doors. I was a bit stressed as these terminals are not exactly cheap. Although it seemed to work fine. I'd rather have a crimping tool to put some/proper pressure on the keystone to complete the termination.
