It is disappointing to report as a reviewer that customer service at Geniusidea's online shop is anything but stellar. Despite their assurance that I would be satisfied, my experience was a total letdown. I now regret choosing to purchase there because of their opaque product descriptions, slow shipping, and unhelpful support staff. I am unable to advise anyone looking for a hassle-free online purchasing experience to use Geniusidea as a result.
