The product works great for collecting customer feedback by asking them if it's easy or hard when trying out new products/services offered via an email survey link sent right after purchase! Easy setup process as well - just click through some questions about your business needs (and you're good!) before starting with any surveys or promotions.

Nothing at this time but I'm sure there will be improvements made over time so please do not hesitate contacting us anytime regarding our service offering.
