Received computer without built-in microphone
The product information indicates that the computer has a built-in microphone as standard. I received a computer without a microphone installed. I bought it for online classes and couldn't even use it. I've had to find other places to practice while waiting for a replacement. They also wanted me to go to UPS to ship the broken computer back. I would argue that this doesn't create a positive experience for the customer at all.
