This mini vacuum is handy next to a large electronics desk, but the filter is an annoying limitation over time. This kit includes a vacuum gun, nozzle, USB-A to USB-C cable, filter and storage pouch. Essentially you have to use a nozzle to get the job done. The nozzle, which looks like a mini crevice tool, simply slides into one end of the vacuum gun and you can move the brush head up and down the nozzle. For the most part, it works best with the brush head down so you can use it to pick up dust particles. It takes 2-3 hours to charge the device. I love that it uses USB-C for charging, but you'll need to provide your own power adapter. To turn the vacuum on, simply press and hold a button for two seconds to start it. You can release the button at this point and then press and hold it again for 2 seconds to turn it off. The performance is about what you would expect from a mini vacuum cleaner. It's not very strong, but it worked to suck up most of the dust from my keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad, and it does a good job on desk lamps and charging stations too. It also does a good job of cleaning blinds and surfaces around the printer. I like the cleaning power for this level of convenience and price. When you're done, everything packs away into the drawstring bag, but you'll need to remove the fastening to make everything fit. The limitation of this device is the filter. To remove dust and dirt, first remove the nozzle and then unscrew the dust cap on the front of the vacuum cleaner. Be sure to roll it over the trash can. You just shake it and wipe it with a damp paper towel to clean it. Then you remove the filter and you have to wash it. That's the no fun part. The filter has a large surface area with rear and rear grooves to trap dust and prevent it from reaching the electronics. A filter with this area works. However, it's a pain to delete. I had to use a toothpick to get into all those grooves to knock out the dust and then blow it out with tap water. The filter dries up after 1-2 days of standstill. So the filter works, but it's difficult to clean and I'm concerned about its durability. Also, I don't see any cheap packs of 3 filters that you can buy here at Revain. I'm concerned that if you identify the 3 filter packs they will cost more than the vacuum gun itself. I'd love to give this thing 5 stars, but the filter and lack of an easy filter change forces me to deduct a star.
