Best value for money in a specialty appliance
I use them all the time for wet aging meat in my fridge and sous vide. I've had a few sous vide leaks, but I take some responsibility for the fact that these copies took 24 hours to prepare and I had to seal them twice. Small pouches fit inside chicken breasts and no more.
