first let me say that amazon shipping is usually faster than any other service period. I have bought this product twice already. I have one and had to buy it for my uncle who saw me make mine for the holidays. I showed him how easy it was to clean the dryer vent no matter how long ago it was or even earlier. This product arrived as usual with no issues. It's very easy to use. Expands far enough for my needs, but if you need more you can always order a second set. They are simply joined together by hand or with a drill press which I use. You won't believe how much dried fluff you get. It also makes your dryer more efficient by cleaning the line, not to mention the risk of fire if it's not done at all. You'll also find that your clothes will dry a lot faster and you'll say, wow, all this time I never realized that's why my dryer had to be run multiple times just to dry a load of laundry.
