Although I LOVE this hat, this is the second one I've received. We put the first one on and that night the pompom fell off. It's ok, I sent it back and they sent me another one. Just put it back on and my little one gently pulled the rope and boom it broke again. So disappointing. They are nice and warm but not sewn very well. If you have a child who absolutely does not touch the brushes, then everything is fine. I don't want to keep sending back and exchanging. So the buyer must be aware of these issues.
