A cheap aluminum lever had an internal "nut" that came loose when I first screwed it on. The passenger mirror is not well made and has a very limited view compared to the regular passenger mirror. I made it work by using a metal punch to pierce the outer shell and dig into the "nut". The mirrors are fairly stable and only vibrate slightly at 80+ km/h. The passenger's hand will get in the way of the original antenna and you will have to decide how to push the antenna slightly out of alignment. The metal backs of the mirrors are very thin and will bend slightly when adjusting the mirror to the point of permanent bending, so work slowly with both hands to make the adjustment. The plastic seal used to trim the mirror causes a whistle at speeds over 40 km/h. Had they spent a few cents more and used slightly wider rubber instead of flimsy plastic, the whistling cracks would have closed and the problem solved. I put tape around the edge, bye. Maybe I'll try another mirror and then send it back. Based on the quality, these mirrors really only cost $25-$30 a pair.
