Love the concept of the biodegradable lawn and garden bags

Love the concept of the biodegradable lawn and garden bags. But they are wrong. Seams burst with minimal pressure. I used 5 of these bags to clean the yard. The plastic holds up well but there are no seams. I filled the first bag with dried leaves, but not in the way you would fill a drawstring bag as they don't have a drawstring. You should leave some extra space to tie the vertices. Anyway, I tied the first bag shut, pushed it aside, and the seam ripped as soon as I put it down. I used 4 more bags filled with dried leaves and treated them like brittle eggs. Three were fine, but the stitching split on the fourth. Lesson: If you treat them like regular garden sacks, the stitching will 100% pop. If you treat them like they are fragile, the stitching will break 25% of the time. Because of this, I will look for another type of biodegradable bags next time.
