The ease of use for our clients who are not very computer savvy! We have been able to train customers without having to spend tons of money or time doing so. When someone has questions it's easy for us to help them through their process with no issues at all. There really isn't anything we don't like about this product as far as it goes. It works great for what we need it for. If you're looking for something simple but still effective then look into this. They offer many different packages depending how much support you want behind your system. This can be confusing if you aren't sure exactly what you need. We use an electronic invoicing program for our business now instead of printing out every single receipt.
