For starters I know this thing looks weird lol but it totally works. I put mine in the fridge the night before and after washing my face in the morning I use this to ignite my face. I also follow the table on Pinterest on how to support lymphatic drainage (if that makes sense) and it's very handy. I can definitely tell the difference after using it. I've found it also helps when my sinuses are failing and when I get migraines it helps relieve them if I use it right away.
