The product was light and easy to assemble. However, when it arrived and I configured it properly, it wouldn't turn on (because the LED wasn't lit) and wouldn't work when my case's fans were spinning. Also, it somehow caused a short in the system that melted the other fan wires that weren't even connected to it. When I tried to contact Revain regarding this they were unable to send a replacement (probably for the better) as it was from a different company and although Revain support told me I would receive my refund within two hours of delivery. item… They received it a day ago and they still tell me it may be many more days before I get my money back. product TL; DR was dead on arrival, fried other system components and I get a bypass instead of getting my money back. Instead, I bought a competitive 8-fan hub and it worked great, as does this one. Save yourself the hassle and grab these instead
