Runs two sizes too small; fabrics different from what's listed at top of description

I ordered a 3XL, which is what I wear for most shirts, and this was tighter than a 2XL would be.seems about XL. Also, the description reads "polyester and spandex" fabric, but the tag reads "cotton and spandex".I had to return due to sizing being so far off. The shirt otherwise looks good, though.
