Notice my very large Labrador weighing in at 95lbs, stretched out for her Sunday nap. Still plenty of room when I lay down next to her for the both of us on the bed. I ordered the 2xl chaise with orthopedic support. While myBoyfriend says I could have sized down, I’m happy with the size and additional space. Bed comes with a mattress protector which I wasn’t going to use because we don’t have potty issues, but wanted to preserve the life of the bed. I DO recommend using the mattress pad regardless of why, as it fills the entirety of the cover. One minorFlaw with it was once I put the protector on and then inserted the bed into the cover, the zipper for the pad broke but not a big enough deal to deduct a star. For the price, the quality and size are fantastic.
