Not enough saturation
Update: Second time bought because the second container had a lot of liquid/saturation on the pads. 2nd order was good! Not as rich as other packs I've bought at the store. Not sure if this is an old batch of products and they started drying or if this packaging is an accident. There is usually an excess of cleaning solution in the container, which means that the cleaning pads are moistened for wiping.
