Do not use as a stomach pillow.

I would like to clarify that I do not use this pillow to lie on my stomach. It doesn't seem very helpful for this purpose but I use it on my changing table as a headrest because my daughter loves banging her head on the top so it really helps. I also use it in her playpen to rest her head when she is looking at books or playing with toys. It's super cute and the attached toys can be removed for extra play. Daughter loves the pillow.
