Review on 💧 Olivina Men Moisturizing Lip Balm by Brandon Bugg

I discovered Olivina Men's organic lip balms while searching the internet for lip balms that didn't contain lanolin, coconut or sunscreen. Olivina products are for men; I'm not a man but I love this lip balm. My lips feel comfortable and nourished. The first thing that struck me was the unusual oval shape of his pipe. This does not affect application but can be designed to lie flatter in your pocket than a round tube. I prefer an unscented lip balm, but Olivina doesn't have that option, so I went with Ginger Citrus. It really smells like ginger and lemon. If I want to try, I have to do it on purpose. With normal use, the balm almost does not get into the mouth. Please note that Ginger Citrus should not be confused with Ginger Beer, the flavor used in some Olivina personal care products. The first ingredient is organic olive oil; second beeswax. Olivina Lip Balm is on the waxy end of the spectrum, while the other end of the spectrum is on the oily end. It's not bad; the wax is soft, not dry. The wax can help the product stay on the lips longer than a regular lip balm, but I haven't noticed much of a difference in this regard. However, this makes the balm less shiny than usual. I tend to think this was intentional with the male product. As a woman, I will find that this balm does not peel off the lipstick that is applied over it. Some people will benefit from this, but I like blending lipstick so I use a different lipstick balm. If you want to keep your lipstick color consistent or keep shine to a minimum, this lip balm is great. Vegetarian but not vegan.
