I bought this pump almost a year ago for a 270 gallon outdoor aquaponic system. I placed this pump at the bottom of the aquarium and ran the hose about 4 feet up to the bed above. I set the dial to about midway at 200 gph. That was mid-May 2019. I haven't touched it since and it's been running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for over 10 months. Today I noticed the flow was very reduced so I fished it out of the bottom of the tank, wiped off the mud, hosed it down and tossed it back and it worked like new! I don't think you could ask for a more reliable, robust little pump. I thought I'd have to replace it in 6 months, now I'm wondering if I'll ever have to replace it!
