pumps are not new, used. Warning signal when quality control stickers are no longer sticky. Inspected the pumps and noticed residual algae stains on the outlet port and propeller, scratches on the rear end and salt residue under the intake cowl. One star for the price. Damage 4 is the delivery of a used item advertised as new.

I've been looking for an inexpensive way to pump water from a water butt into watering cans and it works great. The 400 GApH fills my 2 gallon watering can in about 30 seconds. For safety and convenience I installed an outdoor outlet with a cover to connect the pump to which a separate outdoor junction box is connected to turn the pump on and off.

I've used it to run diluted CLR through my truck's heater core during the day to clean it. Worked great. Very impressed with the $15 product. I wanted some cheap AF and figured I'd only use it for a few hours, but what I got seems durable enough to last a long time. I have no idea what I'm going to use it for in the future, but it's sitting on the shelf in my shop and ready to use. 10/10 would buy again.

First, the pumps managed a rise of at least 5 feet. But on the second day BOTH pumps stopped working after being turned off for the night. I was able to reattach them by manipulating the impeller (felt like something was hanging), but since I'm using them for hydroponics I don't want to risk dying all my plants because their water source died. I use it to clean my fish tank. I also use it to fill the aquarium. But a word of caution. Oil pump is brand new. I filled the tub with warm water and ran the pump for about five minutes to clean it out. I then used it to pump water out of my 50 gallon tank. When I did all of this, the pump was clean enough to start pumping new dechlorinated water back into the tank. Works well, no problems after a few months of use.

Weird shape but I placed it at the base of a small fountain in the yard. I didn't think to check the size of the cork and it was a bit too big to fit through the small hole in my fountain, but I managed to fix this problem. It says it's a 7ft jack and I use it for a 3ft jack and had to use a smaller hose to get it up another inch which I'm happy with. I like that you can take it apart and clean it if necessary. It's quiet and well worth the money. I'm a lucky tourist.

Nice water pump and it works for my needs (water changes in a large aquarium). But the claimed cost is a complete lie. I tested the pump and at maximum flow it only delivers about 90 gallons per hour. I wouldn't call it "super quiet" either. It's not loud, but a very noticeable rumble can be heard during operation. I have other better flow pumps that are a bit quieter. I decided to keep the pump because it works. But I recommend you look around for a better product from a more honest seller.
