This is actually a really good backpack. I ordered it but sent it back because I liked the Klava backpack better. For me it was the bags. The front pockets of this bag are just big holes, there is no division in them. They're very deep, so if you stick a few pins in, they'll all fall to the bottom of the bag. There really isn't room for a water bottle - the front pockets aren't wide enough for it. The cell phone pocket was too small for my iPhone 5 - not wide enough. So on newer phones that are even wider --- I don't know where you would put it. Also, it had the thinnest straps I've ever seen and I was concerned they would withstand heavy loads. For these reasons it was returned and Klava's backpack stayed with me. But if you're not specifically looking for those things, then this one is probably fine. It's roomy, with nice lining and soft leather.
