The instructions are gibberish written by someone who doesn't speak English. After reading useless guides I spent an hour searching the internet for help. I finally figured out that the eyelids are buttons and the eyeballs are individual buttons to adjust. Worst of all, however, was the instruction to turn it on by pressing the power button for three seconds. Which button? Tried all six keys multiple times. Vain. I was about to give up when I realized there was another button that looked like a tiny plastic hinge. It is located on the character's head. When I pressed this for three seconds, it finally got up and ran fine. Used not long ago but seems normal now. The kids will love it.
