This is a good step for toddlers with fine workmanship and storage box. But it requires assembly and patience when assembling as well as caution when tightening the screws. I read a review that said it was smaller than expected, but this is a toddler step and that's the size I would like. Our kid uses it to access the bathroom sink to wash his hands and brush his teeth. Two steps make the descent a bit more difficult than one step, and the shiny surface allows water to pool on the steps and try your nerves. However, you can always add a non-slip stick to the strips if needed. Of course, babysitting is always the best way to ensure safety. The storage bin is a nice feature, but now we have a tier that we don't need or use. This does not mean that it will not be used in the future. Overall this is a good product and we are happy with it. 4 stars because we think the price is a bit overpriced and some pre-assembly may be required to make final assembly easier for the customer.
