Disintegrate into syrup on second use.
I've used this twice. The second time it broke as soon as it got into the syrup, although I'm extremely careful and now there's a jar in my syrup that needs filtering. This annoys me, but that annoyance is compounded by the fact that I have to box up and return defective parts to get a refund. Even free packaging and shipping is not worth the hassle. How about a photo option or email customer service etc.?
