Bottom Line: Really good bar. I can't think of anything that could be done to improve it.I recently purchased an Inspire FTX Home Gym which uses a cable and pulley system for resistance. The adjustable pulleys allow a wide variety of exercises with different attachments. The system came with a few, but lacked a short, straight bar. That's where this bar came into play.I attached it to the carabiner on the cable and went to work. I have average man-sized hands and wear medium men's gloves and found the grip comfortable and the bar worked exactly as intended. Price seems right for this kind of workout equipment.
