Not bad, but build quality could be better.
The mount is very easy to install and a cloth glove is included to keep the acrylic clean during installation. The light is not very bright but works in a short hallway where only a 60w bulb used to be. The build quality isn't the best, it's a bit crooked, not sure if it shows in the photos, and the metal isn't cut cleanly. But other than that, this is a $20+ flashlight that does what it's designed to do.
