I am 1.60m tall and bought a medium size. They fit perfectly! I bought them specifically for skiing. At first I was worried as they are VERY light! However, they fit like a glove, they are so soft and I love the camouflage! On the day of skiing, the minimum temperature was in the single digits. The lowest was 1 degree and the time we left was about 10 degrees. - lined leggings under my ski suit and over, I was just wearing a thin sweatshirt over an insulated top and of course a ski jacket. We were out in the cold for a total of about 6 hours. I've never caught a cold! These thermos definitely did what they were supposed to do, plus they're so comfortable I sleep in them regularly.
