Review on 🔊 Kinter MA170 12V 2 Channel Mini Digital Audio Power Amplifier for Car or MP3 - No Power Supply Included by Jeanette Jenson

I bought a KM18 bluetooth adapter for my 2005 titanium pickup to get bluetooth for my phone. The KM18's output, even at maximum truck volume, wasn't strong enough to hear (with road noise) through the aux port. I boosted the aux input level with this little amp. The power supply is 12 VDC (the amp requires a 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC jack) and I converted the KM18's output to match the amp's input (1/8" male to two RCA plugs). The outputs of the amp are bare copper (spring terminals). I converted them to a 1/8" stereo jack for the dash input. When the amp is full I can now play songs from my phone (via bluetooth) and am quite happy with the sound quality. The highs are effective and the bass is damn good! When I switch between radio and aux, the level is now the same as the target value. The voice over my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note8) is also very good. I still need the built-in mains filter (a running motor makes noise), so until one comes, I currently use a separate 12V power supply, and thanks to that the sound is clear even at high volumes. Without distortion. Nice little amp! It has an on LED light around the volume knob that changes color. For what I needed it for I am very happy with the price of this unit.
