Sells design. build quality. I don't foresee ever having to replace it unless I lose it. I cut vinyl every day and never knew I needed something like this. Ever since this little roll came along, I've rarely had to use tape to tack up naughty scraps of vinyl or worry about my mats starting to lose their adhesive properties. Definitely recommend for any hobbyist who needs to use this for vinyl or whatever. The tweezers are a nice bonus, but it was actually cheaper to buy this set than some others without a bonus.
