Great Software For Customer Engagement Insights

I like how easy it was to set up, especially for someone who has never used this type of software before! It took me about 2 hours total between downloading all 3 components (Radarly app + dashboard/dashboard) & configuring everything correctly so we were able to get started right away!! We have been using our Dashboards daily since launch day by ourselves as well as having several members from our Marketing Team look at them regularly. There are some limitations when you go into certain areas because there isn't enough space or resources available but they're working hard every single week trying to improve their product even more than what's already here today which makes us feel comfortable moving forward. Tracking customer engagements across channels - social media advertising campaigns; website traffic; blog comments etc.- Our customers can now track these activities through our dash board without needing any additional programs installed outside Radily itself. I like how it integrates with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics etc to provide cross-channel insights for our clients. There isn't much of anything that I dislike about this software - but perhaps more reports would be nice? We are able to get so many different types of data from multiple sources which helps us understand what's going right or wrong across channels.

Pros
  • Easy customizable layout options in terms if page design / colour scheme choice,
  • Customer support is great too..they really helped out after my first contact wihthem during onboarding
Cons
  • The only thing i think could maybe use improvement upon may just include better tracking reporting
