I have bought many products from WOO that have worked so well. I didn't think twice about trying this product. Your customer service with other products has always been fantastic. (Our family has 5 hammocks, 4 picnic blankets, 2 hammock chairs, blankets, dry bags and towels.) The second time we used the drawstring phone case, the small piece holding the clear plastic to the black pole fell off. while I was in my kayak. I was able to find the piece, put it back in place and relock it. Luckily I have already contacted the company 3 times and have not received any response from them regarding this defective product. I find this very surprising based on my past experience. While many of their other products are excellent, I cannot recommend this one.
