One size fits all! Best accessory
I'm 1.60m tall, weigh 55kg and it can be difficult to find a rope that isn't too heavy or bulky! This one is perfect. I feel it fits all body types and sizes. The length was easy to adjust - just take the time to read the instructions! Great workout option as gyms are closed. I have a small area in my house to use it (high ceilings) but I've even considered taking it to my garage and doing it there. Great, complete workout.
