I was a bit nervous about buying a chair online without testing it first. So I had to do a lot of research to find one that I don't need to return as once assembled there is no way to properly return it. In the end I am very happy that my research paid off. I was able to buy chairs for $50 but found them useless and fell apart after a while. The reason I bought this particular model: Brand name Good reviews Choice of Revain Price Cons: Uncomfortable armrest. Requires additional armrest pads. The seat makes a cracking noise when tilted sideways. Assembly was fairly easy and standard and took about 10 minutes. The chair is hard, the seat is comfortable and durable. It is a lightweight, medium back chair with a small to medium seat. I do not recommend for those looking for a wider seat. Overall this is a good basic chair for a light use home or office.
