Very sturdy and well designed
This product is VERY solid for the money. You have to grab the bar on the outside of the stand for bench press but it's very easy. I'm lifting about 200 lbs and it VERY sturdy. EASY fold-up, VERY easy to adjust the back for incline and shoulder press. Also, there is a very well designed safety catch for the bench press just above the chest and the stands for the bench press weight are padded so the bar doesn't roll easily or clang. I would highly recommend.
