A bit disappointed with this product despite all the good reviews. One day it lost the bluetooth connection so I had to pair it again. If I don't use it for a while, it usually takes a few seconds to reconnect. I have never seen such a lag with my existing Logitech keyboard. Consider returning within the return window. Update 1: It keeps losing bluetooth connection after a few months so I have to use it right now. Update 2: Your customer service is really terrible. When I ask about this error, they keep blaming it on the Bluetooth receiver on my computer, even though other Bluetooth devices work fine. Update 3: I just went with wired use because they don't seem to want to fix this Bluetooth issue. Just a few weeks after I started using it in wired mode, this overvoltage error popped up and it shut down completely. I contacted them again and attached this error message and the requested video. Below is the answer from them, because compared to a regular keyboard, our keyboard draws much more power from the computer because it has a huge battery and needs to be charged. Here's what you can do: 1. Turn off the keyboard. 2. Restart your computer and turn on the keyboard.3. Try a different port on your computer.4. try a different cable. That's ridiculous. Under no circumstances should the current limit of the USB port be exceeded. They just didn't want to lose their money. Apparently they don't have customer service I guess. I would happily give them zero stars if I could.
