The conditioner is half done

First of all I like the shampoo and conditioner. The product itself is great. The conditioner doesn't smell like mint but it's pleasant and it's the only natural hair care product I can find. But this idea that you can keep sending me a half used or half empty bottle of conditioner is crazy! Twice I received my product but the air conditioner had no security seal and was half empty when I received it. Nobody wants to pay that price and end up with a half-empty product.
