My laptop has a built in microphone which is causing a high frequency buzz in my zoom audio. This mic was at a good price so I bought it. Everyone who looked at the zoom noticed an improvement in sound. I had a problem with the included sound card as my laptop's USB ports are so close that it didn't fit because I need to use other USB ports, the sound device was too wide. Luckily I had a sound card with a short cable, so I use this device.
