The most beneficial feature of this software for me personally was being able to access it from anywhere at any given moment without having my computer within arms reach or needing assistance with technical knowledge.

I cannot think of anything in particular about scheduling which bothered me while using it; however there were several features of its design/interface i disliked because they seemed outdated compared to competition (i'm thinking specifically of Google Calendar). In our organization we used online employee schedulers as well but only had limited functionality available such as emailing employees' schedules by department head instead of individually.
