
I don't understand how they get such good ratings. Out of the box the system "seems" to work - at least the mobile app worked very well. However, when viewing the cameras on the monitor, the two cameras have very long lags - and there was no lag in the mobile application! How does this happen? I guess I'll never know. In the end, I just decided that it was the two cameras themselves that were "different" from the other six. Technical support doesn't really seem to exist, although they have a nice website that advertises "Always here for you". Not true. Not for me. I called and left my name and email? For what? So they can email me an ad? The images are clear and the colors are great. But. There is no tech support, their website is useless and I found their Mac app works differently on different computers. As others have pointed out, "The software makes you think you're dealing with three different companies." Would a brochure on troubleshooting your own system cost that much? Should I "tryโ to do everything online? What if I don't have internet and plan to only use it on my internal network?
