Unfortunately the black ink on this BAD clogged the print head nozzle. Running cleaning mode on our Brother printer didn't help. Bought cleaning fluid and washed by hand. As a last resort I bought original Brother ink. Faint lines appeared on them. I've decided why the heck I should try the auto clear feature again. Three more cycles and finally printing! Had previously used a custom brand and did not have this issue after we delivered the black Royal Jet. :( There are no problems with color ink yet.
