May cause problems!

I have a 2012 13" Macbook Pro. I did some research and he said 16GB RAM would be fine and even recommended that brand. I bought it because my computer was having some crashing issues and I thought it might help. I replaced it but it kept crashing so I replaced the hard drive and he updated it to the latest IOS. I downgraded it from an update it had just installed (honestly my goodness Apple.) And it started to work better but still crashed so I took it BACK (I explained I had the hard drive and RAM replaced) and they CANNOT figure out what was wrong and it passed all theirs Tests. I brought it home and it crashed 3 times within 10 minutes. All these lines appeared on the screen. I clicked on it and the lines disappeared but it was still frozen. So I pressed again and the lines came back haha. That made me think it was just a piece of hardware. So I decided to return the old RAM. Since then it has worked flawlessly! At that point, I didn't have my $80 left. I'm not sure if it was just a broken computer, but be careful because this little guy can really mess up your computer! Turns out he just needed a new hard drive. By the way, why does Apple recommend updates that destroy their own devices? It's like Sid's car in The Incredibles. One that will eventually self-destruct. Anyway, it doesn't make sense and it cost me $150 just to downgrade. Kind of stupid. come on apple I can't rant anywhere else about how stupid this whole process was, so I'm writing about it in this review. sorry reven OK. I'm done. Thanks for coming to my chat with Ted.
