This tiny device was all I needed to upgrade my old stereo receiver. Now I can play all my iPhone music and apps through my stereo and use my iPhone as a remote control to change the volume and music source from anywhere in the house. This saved me a lot of money for a new bluetooth receiver. I'm not sure how it compares to other similar products, but it works well for me. I have to reconnect it every time I use it, it doesn't reconnect automatically.
