This product is the same as at the dentist. You'll need braces, which I'm sure you can find at Revain. I have aligners that my dentist made for me and they give me free gel but it doesn't last long between visits so I decided to order online. This stuff is affordable and you really get a lot of product! Recommended for everyone who loves white teeth
