Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.

I have used nothing but Samsung cellphones for the past decade and a half, mostly from the Note line (Note 1, 4, 8, 10), with the occasional foray into the SGS 7, 8, and 10+. When hearing the second piece of bad news that Samsung was discontinuing the Note series, I made up my mind to get the Blue Phantom (Navy) S21 ultra since, in all honesty, this replica is rather stunning to look at and this was a deciding factor. Due to the fact that this is an EXCLUSIVE version, the entire process from placing the order to receiving the smartphone took exactly 47 days (which is significantly longer than the 4-5 weeks advertised on the site) (I remind you that all the exclusivity is in the iridescent color and the metal overlay on the camera modules). In terms of usability, the phone is, for lack of a better word, cumbersome. Using it with one hand is next to impossible, even though Note was previously the only smartphone on the market. More so in the case, and because the phone is so easily damaged if dropped. A different esteem for the Samsung advertising and technology departments; the camera is just not the worst. Comparing the s21 ultra to other smartphones, you'll notice a significant drop in quality wherever there are more modules or more megapixels used: in terms of detail, image post-processing (color reproduction, portrait mode), focus quality (speed, misses), and so on. The fakap with the camera was the final straw that made you decide to request a refund four days after receiving the smartphone because you feel... deceived? Hence, avoid modern Samsung smartphones if you're looking for a high-quality camera. - PS: Appreciate the illustrative reply from the SMM team at Samsung's official online store; once again, a marketer holding the product's technical specifications in his hands is attempting to demonstrate (and advertise xD) the technical elegance of the smartphone, but alas, the reality belies the claims.

Pros
  • In addition to a high-quality display and robust battery life, this device also features a sleek and modern appearance.
Cons
  • The main camera module is inferior to that of the iPhone 8 Plus, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and the iPhone 11 by a wide margin. Cons: - the smartphone's heft; - the device's proportions for a novice (printing with one hand is tough, and at some time you have to catch it, because it slips out); - the smartphone's lights around the edges on a rounded screen; - the smartphone's space PWM at low brightness; - its pricing; -there aren't any discounts on cellphones with special designs (this is a joke, you wait for delivery for 1.5 months, so also headphones and charging, which are supplied for free with a black or silver smartphone, which costs the same, see, it's not intended to).
