The ability for us as an organization to track our customer's information was really helpful during this pandemic! We were able to see what products they had purchased or redeemed through goodys points at different times throughout their day/weekend which helped with keeping tabs over time when we need it most (during COVID).

I think its important that you do thorough research before choosing your point card provider because there are many out now who have been around longer than others so make sure yours is up to date like ours has always done well since 1999 :) If anyone isn't familiar check them all but don't just go off price alone - look into how often cards expire etc., also be mindful about fees associated wtih adding additional programs e.g. travel credit cards can add extra costs depending where you live / plan travels from & back home if not near airport).
